Performance Calculation Examples

Under the menu ‘Support’ / ‘Performance Test’ you can run a performance check. It takes a few minutes until the test is completed and its results show up on the page. You should stop running all active campaigns before running such a test.

Real example #1: A virtual 2GB RAM, 32-BIT LUCY installation on Oracle Virtual Box with an underlying Intel Dual Core I7 1.7 Ghz processor (2014: I7-4650U) allows you to send out roughly 50,000 emails/h. It can handle 70 hits/second on its server, and its awareness website can bear 115 simultaneous visitors. This example was run on a MAC Air with a Wifi connection.

This first example led to a suggested maximum campaign size of 6,900 recipients per hour.
