LUCY Campaign Dashboard

The dashboard displays the most important statistical campaign information – The most important campaign statistics are displayed in the upper half of the dashboard. They include information about the number of emails sent, how many phishing simulation mails were opened, how many links were clicked, how often the corresponding campaign succeeded, and how many form submissions or downloads of pseudo malicious content occurred.

But you see a lot more information with the LUCY server dashboard than just the basics. It is a state-of-the-art cockpit that allows you to discover and track the behaviour of a campaign’s recipients. Of course, all data is used within the Advanced Reporting function and listed in the appropriate reports. The dashboard displays the following information:

  • Main campaign information – Presents actual state of running campaign—email sent, open rate, click rate, download/submission rate (‘Infections’)—as percentages
  • Totalizations & counts on events: email sent, open rate, clicks, downloads/submissions
  • File download comparison
  • Hourly and daily stats separated by event
  • Operating systems used
  • Browsers used
  • Possible vulnerabilities of the browsers used as targets for exploits like WebSockets or VBScript
  • Top-10 plugins used (e.g. Silverlight Plug-In Vx.x.x or Chrome Remote Desktop Viewer)
  • World map: geographical information on events
  • Victims by staff type
  • Clicks by victims and by staff type
